MOA (acronym for My Own Ale) is a Florence-located artisanal brewery launched by two passionate homebrewers in 2011. Their beers are carefully crafted, unpasteurized and bottle-fermented. MOA currently produces four types of beer: a blanche, an Irish-inspired stout, an Indian pale ale, and a superb American pale ale named 12 Plato.
12 Plato is a golden color, and has a deep citrus aroma with a touch of caramel. It pairs nicely with pizza margherita and roasted fish.
