Tartufi al Cioccolato Amedei
350 gr Amedei Toscano 70% chocolate
250 ml heavy cream
50 gr butter
unsweetened powdered cocoa
Bring the cream to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add the chocolate and let rest for ten minutes. Now mix well until the chocolate melts.
Place in the fridge for two hours or until set.
Form truffles and roll them in the cocoa.
